U.S. Shipping

Standard U.S. shipping is done by ground shipping and usually arrives within 3 business days within the continental United States.

Canadian Shipping

Canadian orders are sent by regular mail to Canadian addresses only via Canada Post. Shipping is usually done on the next business day from the date of your order. Supplies are dependent on inventory from the U.S. From time to time that supply will be reduced. Normally, the website will warn of any known delays in supply.

Shipping of e-manuals is usually done within one business day. If you do not receive yours, there may be a problem with the email address you supplied. Please send us another email about your order and include the order confirmation number from your Internet Secure receipt.

Returns

The standard return policy is 15 days from receipt with the product in its original packaging and condition shipped at your expense.

YOU MUST HAVE A RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER FROM HARCOTE BEFORE RETURNING THE ITEM. THIS NUMBER MUST BE INCLUDED ON ALL PACKAGES AND COMMUNICATIONS.
